Terms & Conditions:

  1. Campaign Period: This redemption campaign is valid from 06 March 2025 to 06 April 2025, or while stocks last.

  2. Eligibility:

    • Redemption is open to all customers who meet the minimum spending requirement in a single receipt at participating outlets within Intermark Mall.

    • Receipts from Jaya Grocer, Food Hall, and event booths/roadshows are not eligible for redemption.

    • Bill payments, utility payments, money changer facilities, banking transactions, ATM transactions, and car wash services are not eligible for redemption.

    • Gift redemption is strictly for shoppers of Intermark Mall only.

    • Retail staff are not allowed to participate or redeem on behalf of shoppers of Intermark Mall.

  3. Redemption Details:

    • Spend RM250 to receive one (1) set of Raya packets (6 pcs per pack, 2 designs). Limited to 1,000 sets, while stocks last. 

    • Spend RM450 to receive one (1) RM20 F&B voucher. Limited to 3,000 vouchers, on a first-come, first-served basis.

  4. Redemption Process:

    • Present your same-day original receipt(s) at the Concierge counter to qualify.

    • Only original receipts are accepted; duplication or reprinted receipts are not allowed.

    • Each receipt is valid for one redemption only. Splitting of receipts is not allowed.

    • Receipts based on payments fully subsidised by cash vouchers are not eligible.

    • For payments partially subsidised by cash vouchers, only the cash top-up amount will be considered.

  5. Limits:

    • Redemptions are limited to one (1) Raya pack and/or one (1) RM20 F&B voucher per customer per day.

    • Items are subject to availability and are redeemable on a first-come, first-served basis.

  6. General:

    • The management reserves the right to replace any item with one of equal or similar value without prior notice.

    • All items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

    • Photos are for illustration purposes only. Actual items may vary.

  7. Management Rights:

    • The management reserves the right to amend or cancel this campaign and its terms without prior notice.

    • In the event of any disputes, the management’s decision will be final.
